360 out of 373 students who wished to get jobs graduating in 2007, and 321 out of 332 in 2006 realized their dreams. Those succeeding in getting into the beauty industry reached 97%.
Our support for students at school is thorough; regular research into those looking for jobs, raising of their consciousness to get a job, guidance to educate students about the industry, and private consultations to help students become what they want.

3 career programs to help students find work at an ideal salon
- ◆Step 1 (discovering yourself)
- First, think about your life plan, clarify what you want to do by looking back at your past. Students will have opportunities to experience working at a beauty salon during the summer of their freshman year.
- ◆Step 2 (pre-study)
- Information on the industry, graduate information, lectures by salon owners on the job of a hairdresser; these will help you to understand the job more specifically.
- ◆Step 3 (career support)
- Advice on resume, essays, interviews, and examinations. Your career advisor will give you individual advice.
*Glamour conducts career guidance in the school, inviting personnel directors from major beauty salons and major esthetic salons.

Glamour Association helping students
Glamour Association, made up of beauty salon owners who support Glamour, has walked with us hand in hand since the foundation of the school. They have various seminars, they teach classes and they act as judges at contests; always there to support and watch the students improve.
